On November 5, 2025 the General Federation of Nepalese Trade Unions (GEFONT) organized Workers’ Dialogue Programs in several committees under Bagmati Province in the context of the changing political environment.

In Lalitpur district, under the Independent Transport  Workers’ Association, Nepal (ITWAN), the program was conducted in the presence of GEFONT Vice President Jitendra Shrestha and Secretary Smriti Lama.

Similarly, in Bhaktapur district under CUPPEC-Nepal, the dialogue was held with the participation of Secretary Mahendra Lal Shrestha, Publicity Department Member Kiran Mali, and GEFONT Bagmati Province Member Diwakar Pokharel.

Likewise, programs were also conducted in the following committees:

• Nepal Auto Mechanics Trade Union, Bagmati Province and Lalitpur District Committee, with GEFONT Bagmati Province President Ramhari Nepal.
• Nepal Home Workers Trade Union (HUN), Basundhara Unit Committee, with NABUN President Sujana Joshi present.
• NIHWU Central Committee, with RUN President Madhav Pandey.
• Begnas Lake Bus Unit Committee under Gandaki Province, attended by Province President Bishnu Bahadur Khatri.
