Gathering of Domestic Workers

July 15 - Gathering of Domestic workers has been organised in Kaski district By Nepal Independence Domestic Workers Union (NIDWU). The Gathering elected seven members Pokhara Municipality Domestic Workers Union .There were 38 participants including Com. Youba Raju Poudel , President GEFONT Gandaki Zonal Committee, Com. Bijaya Subedi secretary –GEFONT Gandaki Zonal Committee, Sony Danuwar President NIDWU and General secretary Rohini Prasad Dahal General Secretary NIDWU participated the program. During the Program , NIDWU and its objective, Rights of the domestic workers , ILO convention on DW and Issues of Domestic workers were discussed .

Like wise , Gathering elected five members Lake site  Domestic workers Unite Committee .
